You will be
* Supporting customers/clients with enquiries
* Dealing with administration support
* Order processing
* Dealing with a range of analytical tasks
You will need to
* Be fluent in English plus 2 additional languages skills including Dutch, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portugese
* Have previous office based customer service experience
* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be highly motivated
* Be a good team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
* Have good IT skills, including Word and Excel
* Have good educational qualification
